Design Creation
Back at the studio, our design team gets to work crafting a fully custom 3D model of your future landscape. We don’t just drop in plants and patios — we design with intention. Design Presentation
Once your 3D design is ready, we’ll walk you through it in detail — like a virtual tour of your future backyard. You’ll be able to see exactly how everything fits and flows before we build. Approval & Build Prep
Once you're in love with the design, we finalize all the details and begin preparing for the build. Once we complete the site visit, our design team typically delivers your custom 3D design within 5–7 business days. This allows time for thoughtful planning, creativity, and precision in every detail.
2. What if I want to make changes to the design?
No problem! We include three rounds of revisions with your design package so we can make sure everything feels just right. Additional revisions can be added if needed.
3. Do I have to commit to the full build after the design?
Not at all. While most clients choose to move forward with us after seeing their 3D design, you’re under no obligation to proceed. The design is yours to keep and use however you’d like.
4. How do you ensure the final build matches the design?
We build directly from the 3D plan you approved, and our crew is trained to execute every detail to spec. This ensures the finished product looks and feels just like what you saw during the design presentation.
5. What types of features can you include in the design?
Everything from patios, pergolas, and fire features to outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more. If you can dream it, we can design and build it.
6. What if my HOA requires approval before starting the project?
We’ve worked with many HOA communities and can provide the necessary documents, renderings, and details from your 3D design to help streamline the approval process. We’re happy to support you every step of the way.
